After writing, composing, and self-producing two EPs, I am finishing up my first full length solo album in December. The record will include 8 newly composed songs specifically for this album as well as a "secret track' dedicated to my two kids.
For most of my recording career, I have preproduced every lyric, solo, and all other instrument parts. This time, I took a classic approach back to the days when bands had to record the song right while the engineer was recording. With minimal over dubs, many live vocal tracks, and on-the-spot guitar solos, this record is already becoming more energetic and performance-oriented than what I feel a lot of musicians typically do as a standard which is record part by part, pieced together with computers, and full of "digital magic."
I plan to release the record in hard copy and digital form as well as on your favorite streaming sites such as Spotify and iTunes.
